The property is located in the Vidzeme region, near the city of Madona (25 km) and approx. 170 km from the capital Riga.
The property consists of 216.69 hectares divided into 13 larger units of land. Properties can be acquired also as separate land units.
Property No. 1 is overgrown and largely covered by forest and has therefore received approval for transformation to forest land – afforestation of the agricultural land and the creation of a new Forest Management Plan remains to be done. This property is also for sale on its own.
